Dag is also IBM’s Nordic Leader for the Chemical & Petroleum Industry and manages the IBM Centre of Excellence for Oil & Gas in Stavanger, Norway

Succeeding when failure is not an optionThe project team for the Stockholm Congestion Tax Program met the challenge to design and build an end-to-end road usage and tax charging solution within eleven months and then to run and operate the trial of the next twelve months. The Stockholm Congestion Tax Program was rated one of the most successful public IT projects in Sweden’s history.
